Solid product, some shipping delay
I ordered some 613 Blonde Hair for a new look. The hair itself is really good quality, soft and the color was vibrant. It bleached well from the raw hair I got previously too, so that's a plus. However, shipping took 8 days to reach me in Florida, which was a little longer than I hoped. It wasn't terrible, but it could be quicker. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update though. Overall, a good purchase but something to keep in mind if you need hair fast.
